1. Custom Products & Final Sale

Because all of our precious metal products (including custom diamond and gold grillz) are made-to-order and custom-fit to each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom items are individually crafted and cannot be resold once produced, so all sales are considered final

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order details.
After approval, we will work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.
